Rockstar is certainly no stranger to controversy with games like Manhunt under their umbrella, but it seems like they may have taken the cake on this one.
In contrast to Grand Theft Auto IV‘s seedy biker gang expansion The Lost and Damned, The Ballad of Gay Tony is said to focus on the glitzy “high-end night life” of Liberty City. The second Xbox 360 exclusive episode will put players in the role of Luis Lopez, confirming previous rumors, as his part-time hoodlum duties are supplemented by full-time work for nightclub impresario Tony “Gay Tony” Prince.
Even better is the fact that this will come out as a standalone game as well so gamers can finally have a game that says “GAY” in bright glitter in their library. Seriously, this is a unique idea. Very interested to hear what everyone thinks, but please be respectful and try not to show your ignorance. Jokes are jokes but use some restraint.

Joystiq claims that in a recent survey, Sony wanted their input on “an extensive existing catalogue of PSP games that can be downloaded. You’ll be able to download a certain number of games during your subscription period — which at this time could be weekly, monthly, or a longer period of time.” In other words, a Digital Game Rental Sevice. Would be a nice feature on PSP, only if you had the space for the games. This download service would feature past PSP games to rent and would be constantly updated with newer games.
