Well the dsi LL hits the top spot with 67,243 thousand consoles sold with Nintendo Wii coming in 2nd while on selling 120 more consoles than the PlayStation 3, damn that is close, but that is not the craziest thing in these numbers as the Xbox 360 only sold 3,600 consoles, Full details after the break.
PlayStation Store Update – North America

Is it already Thursday? Nope, it’s Tuesday. The reason North America is getting their PlayStation Store Update early is because Sony takes a break from work for Thanksgiving too. Anyway on this Thursday’s Tuesday’s update, half-off sale for seven PSN games, including Flower, The Last Guy, and Smash Cars. Six somewhat average PS1 Classics arrive. LittleBigPlanet is now a downloadable for PSP, and the Afrika dynamic theme is here for $2.99. The list of full content can be found after the break.
New PS3 Commercial For North America
Check out the latest commercial hitting North America from Sony, this time hilariously advertising the PS3′s Blu-Ray capabilities.
New ModNation Racers Trailer – Express Yourself
This game looks more and more fun every time I see a new trailer for it! I have always loved playing Mario Kart but never bought my own Nintendo system just for that one game, this is like Mario Kart on steroids, you can make your own tracks and play them online with friends. Due to release sometime in 2010 on the PlayStation 3.
PlayStation Store Update – Europe

Snake, Snake? Snake has arrived to the PlayStation Store this week in Europe. The Metal Gear Solid PS One Classic is now available for £7.99/€9.99 and when downloaded you can play it on your PSP or PS3. LittleBigPlanett has a bunch of content also, there is now an Assassins Creed II costume to purchase and Turkey Costume that’s free for a week for your sack. The LittleBigPlanet PSP game is also downloadable from the store. There’s more too, so check out the full list of content after the break.
PS3 Has Cross Game Invite
I have just discovered that Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 has cross game invite. I was playing resistance 2 when sand-man sent me a invite from CODMW2. Out of curiousity I tried joining from the messaging service whilst i was playing R2, and when i clicked join, the console asked me if I wanted to quit R2. I clicked yes and then it asked me to insert CODMW2 disk in and click ok, and when i did click ok it sent me into the matchmaking. There was no menus , it was heading straight for the lobby, with the message on screen telling me it was trying to join, but there was a problem at my end where the game crashes at this point. When sand-man tried it whilst he was in uncharted 2 and when he accepted my invite it worked for him. He went from uncharted 2 to CODMW2 with no problem the first time but other times there was problems like the game completely freezing and when you quit the game it reboots the whole system. It seems like there is a glitch in this cross game invite system or it could be a clitch with CODMW2 that needs fixing.
Also you accept to join a game invite from MW2 whilst your not playing any game from the XMB but that one also has a glitch where it gets to the lobby screen then crashes.
I really hope Sony or Infinity Ward fix this issue.
What gets me the most is that the cross game invite has probably been a feature of 3.0 update yet i don’t remember sony saying anything about it, when it was one of the most asked for features.
I guess we will have to see if other game developers in the future use this feature.
Thanks to sand-man for testing this out with me.
