This years E3 should be a big one.
Here’s what all three platform makers have to say about this years E3 2009
“Microsoft is gearing up for a big presence at E3 which will completely transform how people think about home entertainment,” said Mattrick. “We’re excited about the momentum that is building in the industry in anticipation of our June 1st media briefing, which will kick off E3 in blockbuster style.”
“Nintendo has been a long time attendee of E3 and it has our full support,” said Nintendo’s Reggie Fils-Aime. “E3 brings a wide variety of key audiences into contact with products from many companies, including Nintendo. It’s the place where creativity is on display, and as a ‘sneak peak’ for our entire industry it helps generate excitement for gamers around the world.”
“Sony Computer Entertainment America is looking forward to another great showing at this year’s E3 Expo,” said SCEA boss Jack Tretton. “The audience of North American-based and foreign media and key industry partners makes E3 Expo an ideal place for us to unveil the latest PlayStation news and products at our press event on June 2.”
The biggest gaming expo held once every year is E3 of course! They are now connected to twitter and from what I see, answering many questions too! So go ahead and follow them and maybe even ask them a question or two, you can go to their page by clicking here.

Don’t know what Data-Fly is you say? Well, the game hasn’t been covered much if at all on DLB-Network. It is a game that I can’t truly explain but it looks rather unique and with the lead platform being the PS3, it’s not known what other systems it will be on. few details have been made about this game but you can check out the teaser trailer that was released a few weeks ago for the game. If you’re still stumped about what this game is you’re not alone, we can only just wait for more info on what it is. Now that you’re caught up, new concept art has been released and are shown after the break.
Bethesda confirmed that two novels based on their game, Elder Scrolls will be released later this year and will be written by Greg Keyes for New York Times. The books are supposed to contain stories that have not been in past video games in the series but after the events of Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. Bethesda says, “We’ve been big fans of Greg’s work for a long time, and we’re thrilled he agreed to bring his talents to The Elder Scrolls,” adding, We see these books as a natural extension of the franchise and think fans will love the stories and characters Greg has created.”
This is what the Wii was made for. Now all that’s needed is a decent light gun peripheral. At the moment we’re looking at a 2010 release so sit tight for now.
This video gives a glimpse of Co-op gameplay that will be available when Lost Planet 2 drops. You can see the bubble shield they borrowed from Halo 3 as well as some improvements on the original gameplay such as huge Mech Suits with room for passengers.
Look for a demo around E3 on Xbox Live. PC and PS3 versions of the game are still unannounced, but not ruled out completely.
Ready for massively-multiplayer shooters? Apparently, public beta For MAG are due Soon.
How soon is soon? Think around E3, says an anonymous tipster who attended a recent Press-only Sony event in Seattle.
