Playstation 4 release plans will be revealed at Sony’s Gamescom conference next week. In a recent post on Sony’s UK website they had this to say, “We’ll kick off the show at 18:00 BST on 20 August 2013 with a briefing to media on our release plans for PlayStation 4, as well as updates on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.” From The information i have just quoted that all but confirms a release date or release schedule will be revealed at sony’s conference next week in german.
Ill be the first to say lets hope its as early as possible and they keep to there worldwide release date plans they announced back at E3. Everyone in Europe and other areas shouldn’t wait an extra few moths for there net generation console.
Sony’s Gamescom conference will get underway at 6PM BST, 1PM EST, 10AM PST and will be streamed live on DLB-network via the Live Events page.

You will create your own character and enter the online world with everyone else, you can just hang out in the world, drive about and do what you want or you can participate in events like robbing banks with your friends or on your own. You can also participate in online races, golf games, tennis games and standard team death-match modes and much much more. By doing events like i have mentioned above you will gain money so you can buy houses, cars, planes, guns and pretty much everything you can think.
Grand Theft Auto Online will be available 2 weeks after the game is on sale and will be downloadable to your Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. It will be free of charge if you buy the game brand new but from what we have seen if you buy the game rented you will probably have to pay for Grand Theft Auto Online.

During E3 Microsoft announced the Xbox One will be $500/£429 and will launch this November in 21 different markets around the world. In a blog post yesterday they said this was an aggressive approach and have recently noticed they cant produce enough Xbox’s Ones for all 21 markets. There could be a few reasons behind this, 1 it’s selling above there demand, 2 they have had production problems, 3 they have found a technical issue with finished units. Please understand the reasons behind this are currently unknown so we are just guessing with the points we have just made.
All the countries i am about to mention have been dropped from the November release date and will be available sometime in Q1 2014. Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Sweden and Switzerland.
Microsoft also announced all the countries dropped from the November release date will receive a free unknown game when they do eventually get a Xbox One.
It’s………………another Call Of Duty. But with girls, groundbreaking!!! Watch the trailer above.

A 12GB Playstation 3 has been around since it was announced at Gamescom last year, the model was exclusive to Europe and Asia up till now. The 12GB Playstation 3 allows the console to start at a much lower price and target a new audience that will mainly use the device as a media hub and use services like Netflix, Hulu, Youtube etc. Of course it has all the normal playstation 3 features so you can always buy the disk based version of a few games without worrying about storage issues.
The 12GB Playstation 3 is based on flash storage which has it’s advantages and disadvantages, flash storage is much faster than a standard hard drive and will allow quicker file transfers etc. Then the disadvantage would be the fact you can’t replace the flash storage so you will be stuck with 12GB onboard space. But it’s all good because this Playstation 3 allows you to use external drives to expand the storage if you need to.
This Playstation 3 model is being rolled out in america right now and will be available in local stores and online in the next few weeks.
Ubisoft has revealed a new gameplay series for Watch dogs, Each episode will explain aspects of the game. This episode explains how hacking works in the game and why doing certain tasks can help you, More episodes will come in the future but first enjoy part 1 above.
Microsoft has announced the Kinect no longer has to be plugged in at all times for the Xbox One to work. Of course they did say some features will no longer work when the Kinect is un-plugged, for example you can no longer do voice navigation through the OS and you can no longer do motion movements to navigate through the OS and on games.
A Microsoft spokesman had this to say, “Games use Kinect in a variety of amazing ways, from adding voice to control your squad mates, to adding lean and other simple controls beyond the controller, to full immersive gameplay,” he says. “That said, like online, the console will still function if Kinect isn’t plugged in, although you won’t be able to use any feature or experience that explicitly uses the sensor.”
Microsoft has also announced the Xbox One will support Xbox 360 friends, this means you can view who’s online, achievement information and what they are playing etc. But the downside is Microsoft said it’s not possible to communicate via Voice/Video chat with people on the older Xbox 360, you can still text chat but voice chatting and playing on the same game together is not possible.
