The exotics look nice, but i just don’t feel as passionate about racing games anymore. It’s definitely a rent though..if it ever comes out.

Exactly, man. When you look at GT5 from a money-saving perspective, it begins to look a lot better than other racing games. You know there’s not going to be a new one for another 4-5 years, so instead of spending $60 ever single year like on Forza, you spend it once and it gets updates and DLC. Other companies need to take note of how Polyphony Digital operates. I’d feel a lot better spending $60 knowing my game wasn’t going to be obsolete by next year when a new version comes out, especially when I know PD will support it long after with updates and DLC. Not only that, but this game will set a new standard for how much content should be in one game. I’d be willing to bet PD is going to hit the 45GB mark on disc capacity on the bluray.

Yeah as a newcomer to the series that’s exactly why I’m confident about spending $60 on GT5. This game is more than just a rent and looks to be a long enjoyable experience.
