The Boxart for the u.s. version of heavy rain is finally in and can be seen right above, ( Yay ). The Game is also rated M for mature which is good for blindmango, Right i will tell you guys a story about a week ago me and blindmango where talking on skype and i said are you picking up heavy rain because that game looks pretty awesome and he replied, i am not sure because i dont know if i can get it. Then i said, why and he said because i am not aloud games over mature and i almost pissed my self with laughter, the reason he cant get it is because his parents do not let him play games over the mature rating, it is kinda funny as me and blindmango are the same age, sorry to put you on blast like that man but i had to do it lol. Anyway back on subject how do you guys like the box art and is it better than the u.k version ?

lol i see. I probably wouldn’t be “allowed” to buy and AO game either, especially with little siblings in the house and the PS3′s Parent controls sucking as bad as they do. However, if i wanted the game enough i’d probably buy it anyway and only play it when parents arn’t around and hide the game for my siblings not to get their hands on. lol

we’ve both been on the podcast, but remember that DLB is extremely busy at the moment, with two jobs, barely any time at home, a pregnant wife, a podcast to edit, he also has to focus on a bunch of behind the scenes stuff for the site lately, he hardly had much time for much else, including sleep so I’m guessing so cut the guy some slack all of you complainers…. @sifto: There’s been AO rated games before, the thing is you can’t advertise a AO rated game like a M rated game (or lower rating). We will probably never see a AO game commercial on TV or reviews about them on IGN, gamespot , etc. because you’ll have to be at a adult age just to see it and people don’t want it to be easily accessible to kids.

@gamepro300: I don’t get that either I’m okay with this cover. People should be paying to play the game and not to look at the cover. But in gaming in general it’s like once something is good and something else doesn’t meet that standard or surpass it is automatically regarded as crap. Take this cover for example.

it kind of reminds me of a movie type of cover.. and Heavy Rain is supposed to be like a movie, so it definitely sets that vibe… for me at least

The cover does what it’s supposed to: cover the front of the game. lol It looks good to me. Like everyone else said, it sets the tone for the type of game it is, that being like a movie.

Well, while were on the topic of heavy rain… who do you think is the main character, we all know you can play as all 4 and if one dies they die but there is always a lead character (e.g. girl/boy bands)… From the cover im guessing the women??… tbh i think the dude with the dead son is gonna be my fav’ character tho…. anyone else’s thoughts?
