Nice video, man. @DamonTheMoney: Agreed, I want some 7.1, even though only a select few movies/ps3 games support it. But I still want it. I might get PixelJunk Shooter. I’ve played the others and they were all fun.

@blumatt: I think that some of the newer PS3 games are supporting it more constantly now, and Blu-ray movies support it I think.
Oh well, by the time I’ve saved up enough money everything will support it, lol

I’m getting my slim and a sony 7.1 HDMI system next month! YAY! lol Oh DLB, from what it looks like we have the same tv. The one in my living room is a Phillips 56″ DLP 1080P. The vizio in my room is a 37″ 1080p all black tho. I also run my music and movies to my PS3 WiFi. I love doin that it saves SSOOO much memory lol.

Again, I know it’s off topic, but PixelJunk shooter is REAL fun. Much better than the previous games (and they were pretty good), so don’t sleep on this one people

@DamonTheMoney: just to let you know it depends on the size of your room but my living room is pretty small so from what i hear 7.1 is kind of overkill if you have a reasonably small room. i will eventually upgrade to 7.1 when i upgrade my house, but i just bought the 5.1 yamaha and it sounts 10x better then my old piece of crap i had before.
the comparison is like having a 60″ tv that you sit 6ft away from, so if you can afford it soon dont feel bad about getting the 5.1

i have a 32inch logik hd ready lcd, gets the job done, so the noobs in cod are real clear to pick out from there camping spots!
i have the ps3 eye and remote too.
i also stream the movies i download to the home pc wirelessly to my ps3.

nice DLB, I have a Vizio too, it’s a great TV. That external hard drive is pretty awesome!
oh and I heard you say on the podcast that YouTube only allows you ten minutes of video, correct me if I’m wrong, but since you’re a YouTube partner, you should be able to upload a video that’s as long as you want.

Ok I didn’t actually know that, I probably won’t end up getting 7.1 in that case. I’ve actually got 5.1 surround at the moment, it’s gorgeous, I’ve just been lusting to try out 7.1. But I guess the room I’ve got it in is pretty small, so it might not be worth getting 7.1 really.

nice set-up DLB i was thinking about wiring my ps3 to my router,but its cool how you got your hardrive hooked to your ps3 and 360 if i get a external hardrive i will do it the same way its smart to do it that way cool vid thanx for the inside scoop.

Nice set-up DLB! I would love to do my set up as well, but right now its all over the place, with a up-stairs and 360 downstairs etc.. However, im in the process of possibly winning a either 46″ or 55″ LCD TV from hhgregg.com’s football challenge. (im currently in 4th but basically tied for 2nd.) If i can get that TV i will set everything up in my basement and it should look tight! So look for that in the coming months. And wish me luck on the hhgregg.com football challenge. lol

@bryant16319: Yea I remember ppl was shittin on vizio hdtv’s for a while. But they are coming out strong. Hell the vizio I got was sitting next to a sony bravia 32″ for the same price. I’m a bang for buck kinda person, 37″ sitting next to a 32″ for the same price is asking me to take the bigger one. Even tho the bravia’s r nice, I’d rather have a bigger tv in my bed room. 7.1 sony surround sound will fit in my room perfect too. All the rooms in my house is pretty big.

@BeastModeYM420: I agree. I made the same choice. I never seen a 37″ LCD TV in person before. So when I went to buy a TV and seen it next to a 40 inch. I was like WOW the 37″ is pretty big. So i picked the 37″ VIZIO, and the VIZIO I bought actually supported all resolutions below 1080p as well. So its not upscaled to 1080p automatically. I got 5.1 Surround sound by Logitech. which is pretty good. I wish it was wireless though.
