Wolverine To Be Nathan Drake?
Nolan North the voice of Nathan Drake was interviewed on the latest OPM UK podcast and stated he was interested in playing Nathan Drake in the movie, but says he understands Hollywood, and as of right now they are strongly going after Hugh Jackman who is known for playing Wolverine in the X-Men movies.
“I would love to do the movie, obviously I’d love to do it as Nathan Drake, but I’ve done film and television and I understand the reality of the business,” he went on to say,
“Jackman is who I’d like to see. I think the producers would like to see Jackman too, because he has that tough guy exterior, but there’s also a lot going on behind his eyes. A lot of emotion and sensitivity on that brusque exterior, and he has great comic timing. He’s a phenomenal actor.
“I just hope I get a part on the movie so I can work with Hugh.”

Ben Affleck would be a perfect actor now I think about it. He’s most definitely got the humour, films like Dogma, Good Will Hunting etc prove that, he can do the action and he’s a all-round fantastic actor. On top of that, he’s got the look (well, pretty damn close)
I’d be happy if Affleck played Nathan Drake.

Believe me i would like Nathan Fillion to play the part, but Hollywood type of casting will always go for new blood and age for this part. So you have to look at physique, humor, charisma, and a new face that will be acknowledge by young generations. So much as i love Mr Fillion to play the part, it’s unlikely he’ll get it but he can make a good villain though.
So, my list to villain to be on Uncharted the movie.
1) Sean Bean (since playing Boromir, i liked him)
2) Nathan Fillion (He can play as Drake senior or rival)
3) Gerald Butler (grow the beard back = bad ass villain)
4) Ian McKellen (old scrooge villain who wants to take over the world type)
5) Samuel L Jackson (he can play anything, like he doesn’t read the script anymore)
6) Antonio Banderas (a villain with an accent and wearing an explorer getup)
