Thanks EightSix!
Gizmodo asked John Keller, Sony’s director of hardware marketing, about the people who have amassed a large collection of UMD’s over the years and would also like to play these games on the PSP go. Keller said that they were in the midst of making a “good will” program that will last for years, and it should be unveiled soon. This is good news and it could persuade more people to get the PSP go.

I’m still not sold on the PSP Go. I hate the UMD loading noises but are we going to have to pay to swap these UMDs for the digial version ala HD DVD to Blu Ray?
The screen looks smaller too and that’s a definite no-no for me. I have a G1 that I can watch videos on as a backup. I want a larger screen.

It depends on how much they r willing 2 give me for the games, not that I really have any but 2 games. Maybe, they will have to better line up this year 4 PSP titles.
