Wii did it! in two and a half years time it reached the milstone of 50 million in sales worldwide. This is a lot considering PS2 just broke it’s 50 million mark in North America a few months ago after eight long years. Wii sales have been lowering after a recent stop in quality games on the system so it seems. With not much games out for the system so far this year and with the PS3 and 360 trying to be more family friendly, will sales for the Wii decline? only time will tell. Both PS3 and the 360 still have a ways to go before reaching the 50 million mark, they are just a little more than half way there in fact, what can both systems do to reach these sales and possibly surpass the Wii in sales?
