Left 4 Dead for PS3!!!

The OPM, Official Playstation Magazine, has today revealed in its latest issue that Left 4 Dead will indeed be coming to Playstation3. It will be ported, once again, by EA. Quote:
“Valve’s survival horror game Left 4 Dead is coming to PS3, but EA will be taking on development duties in-house.”
The Orange Box PS3 has been one catastrophic port. For these past 8 months, PS3 gamers have repeatedly expressed their disgust and anger towards both EA and VALVE, asking for a fix. Even a petition started by Mike Seedon was published on this website: http://orangeboxpetition.com/
Will PS3 gamers do the same mistake twice? I do not think so.

Valve’s general disinterest to develop for the PS3 is ultimately going to hurt them in the end.
At least EA is trying to bring home the goods. Whether they’ve learned from previous ports on how to make the next better, we’re still to find out.

^^^^^ Tru!! But i dont think they will because that was a big mess the 1st time around. Im excited for this game, im sure im gonna get it for my 360 instead of waiting for it to come to the PS3. Im glad that there doing a game thats not about “WAR”(I’m mean is that all we have in FPSs’ these days, but i do luv some COD4 haha). Zombies + Guns + Co-op = FUN!!!

^^^^^ We’ll the way I see it is this. The PS3 isn’t going anywhere. Just because Valve ignores it doesn’t mean it will go away. Eventually they are going to have to learn the technology, so it’s better sooner than later. Now that the PS3 is EA biggest bread winner and that its install base is growing, it will benefit them not to undermine the console.
